Is It Advisable To Give Fluzet To 5 Year Old Boy?

One of the paediatrician has prescribed to give Fluzet for my son(5 years old, wt. 20kgs) who is having very high temperature about 102 degress, cold and cough. Is it ok to give fluzet for this. I had a doubt if fluzet is given only for adults. Pls advice.

Fluzet can be given in children with dose modification, it contrains dextromorphan and paracetamol. It is not contraindicated in children.
