Is It Advisable To Give Medicine To My Child For Dust Allergy?

sir,
I am from India ,Kerala state. My 10 year old son is directed take the telecast tablet 1 daily for one month.I feel he is allergic to dust. Is it advisable? what are the side effects of telecast tablet.

Hi,
Antihistamine medicine Telecast (Montelukast-LC ) is good respiratory tract anti-allergy medicine and well tolerated.
You can give it for one month.
Except having some drowsiness, there is not much side effect.
