I slipped out of my daughters bathtub 3 days ago.. I have ringing in my ears. And have some sudden pain on the left side of my head that does not last long, maybe 10 seconds. I Ianded on the back of my head and hit the wall, l never lost consciousness. But was on the floor. I got up by my self. But was out of sorts 4 a little while. May be 10 minutes. General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

As per my clinical experience, the condition of sudden intermittent pain in head, ringing ears seem to be concern with post concussion syndrome most likely. Usually this is self limited condition and only requires supportive care with hydration and postural adjustments of head. However, as you have to take flight journey, I would recommend to consult your primary care for evaluation of primary parameters to get you green signal of journey.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
