Is It Alright For Premature Baby To Drink Simalac Alimentum Powdered Formula?
Is it ok for premature baby to drink simalac alimentum powdered formula? This was given to my premie on day of discharge from nicu, however my baby was drinking neosure while in nicu. Also I was given a chart to mix powder alimentum to get a 22 cal milk from alimentum. Is it safe to go back to neosure formula?

Neosure is also a follow on pre term formula.
Can be used up to 6 months.
Alimentum is supposed to be easily digestible .
May be that is why the doctor prescribed it.
Also check on availability outside in market.
