Is It Alright To Have Chicken And Egg While On Rabies Vaccination?

Hello doctor, Iam vinodha, My daughter c.Swarshika 5 yrs baby was playing under a tree, suddenly she went around a pit and came back. When I saw her she was wiping her hand, and a little puppy was coming after her. I asked her whether the puppy bite her or not. she told that her hand was cught by the street puppy. A ting red mark was there. suddenly i took her to the hospital, they have given her ATC + vAXI RAB ON THE DAY OF BITE (19th April), her injection schedule was 22, 26, 3(may) and 17th may. i have completed the injections. but in the meantime she took chicken and egg also. Is this is ok. Doctor also asked about the dog. But i dont know about that. Pls reply me . Iam very disturbed.

Correct treatment was given to your daughter.
Animal bites should be followed by anti rabies vaccine.
However, what was the condition of the dog?
Was the dog rabid which is suggested by abnormal behavior, aggressiveness and increased tendency to bite without provocation.
These features suggest rabies infection in animals.
If such symptoms are present, a human immunoglobulin should be followed by animal bite.

Rabies vaccine can be followed by intake of eggs and chicken.
Egg and chicken will not cause any deleterious effect on the child.
