Is It Common To Have Back Ache With Accute Asthmatic Bronchitis And Sinus Infection?

I was diagnosed with accute asthmatic bronchitis and sinus infection on Wednesday, today is Saturday and I'm still feeling horrible. I was prescribed a pump and antibiotics. When I cough my back side to the side of both side of the ribs hurt so much and I feel like needles all over. Is this common with the accute asthmatic bronchitis?

Hi,
There might be having strain of inter-costal muscles due to heavy cough or asthmatic attack leading to spasm of muscles giving rise pain on back of ribs.
Take cough sedative syrup to get relief from cough bouts.
Take analgesic for pain.
Ok and take care.
