Is It Common To Have Rashes At The Injection Site?

I got a tetanus shot about 2 weeks ago. It was given in small doses (because of a reaction to the shot when I was 12) with a wait time of 30 minutes in between shots. I developed a rash on my arms the day after the shot and I still have the rash, and it seems to be spreading to my legs. Is this common? I am 60, my weight is 145" and I am 5'5" tall and I am in good health.

HI
Well come to HCM
If you are sensitive to tetanus toxoid then this is not normal this could be reactive phenomenon, if the symptom of rash does not improved on its own then this need to be treated with antihistamine and the best drug would be "Diphenhydramine" three times in day. hope this information helps, take care.
