General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello dear
I understand your concern
Normal pus cell in the urine is up to 5/hpf.
But presence of 80-100 suggests very high and suggests urinary tract infection.
If it is untreated causes kidney damage, urethral stricture and sepsis.
I would suggest to consult the urologist and take proper treatment.
Urologist will give following advises:
Tablet septran Ds
Tablet pyridium and tablet nitrofurantoin
Syrup cital
Drink plenty of water and juice of cranberry, orange and pine apple
Maintain proper pelvic hygiene, empty the bladder completely and do not delay in empty.
Hope this may help you
