Is It Due To Stress My Heart Is Beating Fast , Feeling Very Weak And Having Hot Flashes ?

i was diagnosed with depression and panic disorder at age 21.iam 37 now and have heart racing,feeling very week and hot flashes.goes on for several days.i used to think something was wrong with my heart nut i have had multiple tests done like echocardogram,and ekgs which came back normal.could it just be stress?anyway the weekness with heart race comes once or twice a year.

If the diagnosis is conformed then better take adequate treatment as it may worsen over time and often causes agoraphobia. Consult qualified psychiatrist and discuss that it is depression with panic symptoms or depression and panic are occurring interdependently as treatment may vary.Both medical and non medical treatment option are available and choose them. Usually combination is better then alone.

Sounds like menopause to me :I the older you get the more heat flashes you have... My brother has panic disorder too... I was diagnosed with scoliosis... I suffer from depression but I draw to keep my mind off of things.. So I don't think its stress Menopause is natural and its just a sign that you're getting older.
