LIQUID FAT BURNER OR THE MEDICATION CAN CAUSE WT LOSS OF APPROX 4 KG IF UR 20-30 KG OVERWT THEN IT WILL NOT HELP U MUCH
THE COMBI OF DIET AND EXERCISE IS REQUIRED.
