Is It Necessary To Go Through Surgery For Sinus Trouble?
I am having sinus trouble for the last one year and having Diabetes for the last 9 years now I am staying in the hill area ie Hosur. Now Doctor is telling that I have to under go sinus surgery after viewing my x- ray report. Is it necessary to do sinus surgery ? or if I change the place to some hot area it will solve the problem ? Please suggest me?

Well, for me to give a definite opinion, i would need to see your xray , can you please upload the picture for me.
You can try a course of antibiotics , nasal drops and steam inhalation for 2-3 weeks and if you are still not better , it would be advisable to go for surgery.
Hot and dusty environment may worsen your sinus problem!!
