Is It Necessary To Take Supplements If WBC Count Is Approx 2500 And Hb Is 8.8?

my daughter is 3 yrs old. she is supplemented with hapenz,( an apitiser), roselina (a iron syrup) because of low WBC count. Her count is approx 2500/c.c during fever and her Hb count is 8.8and caldikind. Is it all necessary for her? Her weight is 12Kg. I feel that she is over medicated. Sorry if i am wrong. Thank you.

Hi...Thank you for consulting in Health Care magic.
3 year old with 12 kg is acceptable. Stop appetizer. Definitely her Hb is low and she needs iron supplements. Caldikind is also good as it has vitamin D and Calcium.
