Is It Normal For A 6 Month Old Child To Pass Motion Over 5 Times A Day ?

Good evening Doctors. I have 6 months old son who starter pooing 5x or more a day in small amount soft stool. He started it when we upgraded his milk to Promil Gold 2 which is for 6 months old. we gave him s26 from 1-6 months. Please advice if pooing 5 times or more is normal or i have to go to the clinic and see a doctor. Thank you in advance

If the child is feeding well and playful, then continue to give ORS solution every 15 to 30 minutes... If the there is signs of moderate to severe dehydration, not feeding well,.. then it is better to get the child admitted in hospital.. antibiotics, and i.v fluids will be given...
