Is It Normal For A Baby Girl To Sweat When She Is Asleep?

hi our baby girl just got over a fever of 103 then had roseola there going away now but when she sleeps her temp is low 96.6 and shes very sweaty is this normal for her also we are located in northern NM dont know if elevation has anything to do with this

It's normal to get low temperature after a febrile illness.
Make sure you cover your kid well and give plenty of liquids to drink.
