Is It Normal For An Year Old To Consume 80 Ounces Of Liquids Per Day?

I just need to know if this is normal for a 11 month baby... My nephew drinks any where from 80 or more ounces of liquids a day, plus three meals and snacks in between...he only drinks water, formula or wic approved juice... Is there any cause for concern or am I just being silly about this?
