Is It Normal For Child Going Through Puberty To Have Involuntary Thoughts?
My daughter is almost 13 and is going through puberty, she is having involuntary thoughts and it is scary for her. I have read many articles saying this is normal, is there a point I should be concerned and is there a vitamin that will help balance her hormones? Kind regards

There are no vitamins or medication that can prevnt involuntary thoughts. If they are disturbing child daily activity psychiatrist help might be needed for further management. Regards
