Is It Normal To Experience Drowsiness And Fatigue In A Diabetic Patient Consuming Sulfonylurea?

hello , i am male 55 y.o , diabetic patient on sulfonylurea recently i became drawsy , fatigued .... that makes me to undergo some lab. analysis as the following
Alk phosph 361 N 290.
Billirubin 9
Sgpt 562
Random bl glucose 342
Inr 1,3
Urine . No ketone
Urobilinigen ++
Direct billirubin 3
Albumin 3 abdominal sonar show no findings HAV Ig neg. no hx of HBV or HCV infection

Dear sir

As I analysed your symptoms, you are not experiencing any episodes of low sugars, as per the laboratory results,

But liver enzymes are little bit raised, so it needs further investigations like ultrasound scanning of abdomen and pelvis including liver echostructure.

It is really advised to add basal insulin as there is increased sugars.
