Hi
Welcome to healhcaremagic
After going through your query I concluded that you got dislocated shoulder which was reduced. MRI and x ray shows that capsule is lax and labrum is torn. It is still painful. I want to say that it will remain painful for many months, it has been only one month. Pain will gradually reduce. Now its treatment is analgesic such as ibuprofen for pain relief and mobilisation exercises to increase range of motion.
Vitamin B and C will help in recovery. You can discuss with your Doctor about it.
Hope your query get answered. If you have any clarification then please don't hesitate to write to us. I will be happy to help you.
Wishing you a good health. Take care.
