Is It Normal To Feel Lightheaded And Vomiting With A Head Injury?
My sister was just loading a truck and she had the back of the truck come down and hit her in the forehead really hard. She is now saying that the room is spinning and is throwing up and dry heaving.. Is this normal for a hit to the head or should we take her to get checked out

I really appreciate your concern and looking to the history given here I could say that lightheadness and vomiting is the symptoms of head injury and this need to be taken seriously, according to rule, all the head injury case should be kept under the observation for at least 48 hours, take care and have a nice day.
