Hi,
The symptoms you have posted are not normal after an accident. The CT scan would have been done probably for head and not the whole body. Passing blood in urine is a sign of kidney or bladder injury. Please attend emergency as soon as possible.
I am available to guide you further in case you need any support after your emergency visit.
Wish your mother a speedy recovery and good health,
Dr. Raguram.
