Is It Normal To Feel Numbness And Tingling In The Sprained Foot ?

hello I sprained my right foot about 3 weeks ago and it is starting to feel cold , numb and is tingling a lot even though I can put pressure on it. My family doctor said it could be a fracture in my right side of my right foot or a torn ligament or tendon.
