Is It Normal To Get Cramps In Leg After Chemo Treatment?

My husband recently received a chemo treatment for CLL. He now has low energy which is understandable but when he stands he has cramps in his legs from his knees down the back of his legs. He has never had that before with his first chemo treatment 20 months ago. What does this mean?
