Is It Normal To Get Fever During The Growth Of Teeth?

I have a 7 mth old and is cutting teeth. She already has 6 completely through and it looks as though she might be getting her eye teeth. is it normal that she might run a fever? he has begun running a fever the last couple hrs and at 830 it was 102.7 therefore she was given childrens motrin

Teething doesn't cause any infection or fever.This is fact.When teething starts children feel like chewing everything. So they put anything in mouth.Then because of dust and bacteria present over that object cause infection. Second thing is that after 6 months level of maternal antibodies in their blood decreases. So they become more prone to infections.
You child is suffering from infection and he needs to be seen by pediatrician
