Hi,
The fact that you have had two early abortions in a row after a history of having three children suggests that you may have some hormonal imbalance; uterine problems should be rare in your case. I would suggest a proper evaluation by a specialist in high risk pregnancy. You would need tests for tubal patency, uterine factors, hormonal status and chromosome anomalies. Had you had evaluation of the products of abortions, the exact cause would be known. Hope you find this information helpful. Wish you good health.
