Hello.
Welcome to HealthcareMagic forum.
Mild lower abdomen pains are common during pregnancy as the gravid uterus becomes enlarged and it pushes all the surrounding structures. You cant do much to help it. Just go for an ultrasound scan to rule out any ectopic pregnancy.
