Is It Normal To Have Bleeding Twice In One Cycle After Taking Norlevo?

My normal period started on the 29th of nov and on the 4th Dec I had unproteced sex and took norlevo the following day and seven days after taking the pill I started spotting, accompanied with abdominal pain. Initially it was brownish blood which then changed to something simmillar to a normal period. Is it normal for the pill to cause bleeding twice in one cycle? What could be happening? Must I see a doctor?
