Is It Normal To Have Bloating After Appendix Removal?

is it common for bloating in my sides to remain for years after having my appendix removed? i had always been very thin and lean till i had my appendix removed but after that i started gaining weight easily. i am 22 years old, 6 235lbs. i work out daily.

Excess bloating can be by....
-less water drinking
-stress
-smoking
-Excess fatty food
-or it can be simple functional bowel disease

If alternate diarrhea and constipation both present irritable bowel syndrome suspected....

Try to avoid stress and above causative factor....
More water taken....
Fruit more.....
Continue regular exercise....
Avocados rich in fiber so help in proper GI functioning.....
Red beetroots rich in fiber , magnesium and pottasium which help in eliminating waste from intestine.....
Simethicon can be helpful....
