Is It Normal To Have Fever,loose Motion And Cramps After Taking Zentel

Hello Doctor , My Child was advised by Doctor to take Zentel, However after 24 hours she got fever and we gave crocin which is now normal . However she is now having loss motion and getting lot of cramps , Can you please suggest in this case. is this normal , if not what should we do immediately

Zentel is usually not associated with such symptoms.
These symptoms all could be the concomitant entities, should be seperately treated.
