Hi,
Thank you for choosing Healthcaremagic. I have analyzed your query, you need a CHECK SCAN to confirm it as COMPLETE ABORTION. We usually dont expect any bleeding 3 weeks after evacuation. Sometimes RETAINED PRODUCTS OF INFECTION CAN produce similar complaints.
Please ask if you have more questions. If you are satisfied, please make sure that your ACCEPT my answer so that I receive credit. Good luck!!
