Is It Normal To Have Orange Stools With Distended Stomach And Constipation?

hi, i have been having a distended stomach with constipation lasting a couple days but twice this week. I would get dizzy, very sick on the stomach, my heart would race and then my stomach would start cramping bad. When i would go to the bathroom it would be loose stool that was bright orange, should i be concerned?

Hi,

Thanks for writing to HCM.

You seem to be having gastroenteritis... take a course of antibiotic like metronidazole and a ppi and preprobiotics... you will be fine..
