Hi Doctor, I am sandra, i am pregnant and this is my second pregnancy i have a 8 year old son, i am just 6th week of pregnancy, could you please tell me , should i be worried if i dont have much symptoms as i only have breast pain and are also swollen

Time will tell Sandra. symptoms usually increase after the 6th week of pregnancy due to increasing hormone levels. most pregnancies end up well so you should expect a happy ending in this one. good luck!
