Is It Normal To Have Red Scrotum ?

22, 5 8, 130 lbs and always been healthy. Hello how sit going, first i would like to state im kind of a hypocondriac and sometimes i exagerate too much on things. as long as i can remmember ive always had kind of a red scrotum , more red on the left than on right, no pain, (i remmember just quick pains when i was 14 and going through puberty which i think was normal) but as of right now no discomfort, no itch, no pain, no swelling, no lumps etc.. suddenly after 8 years i just noticed the redness again and started getting worried just like when i was 14 yet i know ive had that redness but i dont know if its more red or the same. i was fine until i noticed that redness again which i think its normal. therefore i want to ask if it is normal to have it that way? it has never bothered me. thank you in advance
