Is It Normal To Have Ribs Pain And No Sleep After Starting Warfarin Again ?

I have just started taking warfrin again. I have not been able to sleep for the last three days. My ribs really ache although movement and exercising seem to help some. When I try to sleep and feel like I am drowning in my own fluids. I cannot function well without sleep,

I really appreciate your concern, the reason of your problem is not the Warfarin, but the muscular pain is very likely, I would treat such case with the following medicine,
1) Tab Acetaminophen with Chlorzoxazone three times in day
2) Tab Alprazolam 0.5 mg at bed time
try to keep the stress level low, keep continue exercise, hope this information helps you, take care and have good day.
