Is It Normal To Have Sore Nipples With A Hard Lump After Taking Hgh?

Hi, I have been taking hgh for bodybuilding purposes for the past 3 months using the correct dosages, I have recently noticed I have sore nipples with a hard lump about a cm wide underneath. I am now no longer taking hgh and was wondering if this is a normal side effect or should I go see a gp?
