Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

As per your clinical history is concerned she had pyrexia and she took Crocin which contains paracetamol only and it is given to control pyrexia and incongruous doses have no side effects at all.

Please check whether she had past drug reaction to paracetamol or not and if not then we cannot say it due to crocin only. Do check her TWBC and DC count if any bacterial infection is found tell your doctor to integrate an antibiotic course. Do check her TSH level as well.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Uday Nath Sahoo
