Is It Normal To Have Weak Urine Stream And Frequency?

I notice since I was a kid that me pee stream is not as strong or powerful as other people, sometimes when I got pee even though I want to go really bad not much comes out... I do not wake up at night several times, but I might have to go more than once in a few hours to empty out my bladder... Is this normal, a condition, should I see a doctor????
