Is It Normal To Spot Along With Clots During Pregnancy?
im 24 year old female 27 weeks pregnant with a heat shaped uterus im 5 2 72 kg. recently i had been having brown spotting for just over a week it stopped for a week and this morning i had a fleshy like brownish tissue in my underwear the size of a 50p no blood on the actual tissue or toilet paper no blood at all no pain and baby is moving happily please help !! thank you

I Think I have understood your concern.
It was good to know that you are aware of heart shape of your womb .
Ideally you should not have any bleeding during your pregnancy .
The possibility is that you might be having a low lying placenta , which might bleed.
Or else it could be the case that placenta is touching something called as septum, that is possible cause of your heart shaped uterus.
I would suggest you to get ultrasound done at the earliest.
