Is It Normal To Wear A Bra To Sleep ?

I was at a sleepover party not too long ago, and I don t usually wear a bra to sleep, because I think it seems uncomfortable. But, I noticed that some of my friends were wearing one to sleep. I m not sure if they regularly wear one, but I was wondering if it is normal for sleepovers? Also, I began feeling a bit self concious, because I felt like everyone could see me... I m just afraid that I will have like marks on my when I wake up, or something. I m going to go with a coupl eo fmy close friends to a waterpark with a hotel, and we re staying overnight.
