Is It Not Ideal For An Endocrinologist To Check Hormone Levels?

I had novasure outpatient in early april, spotted once 1st week may and have not since, I no no thyroid low thyroid never had high bp or cholesterol even in 36hrs of labor apparetnly it threw me into early menopause i am 49 anyway. GYN just finally sent to for estrogin fsh etc labs. dont you think they should have connferred or sent me to a good Endo to make sure my hormones stAYED AS level as poss. ?
