Is It Not Possible To Cure Partial Amblyopia With Squint Eye By Birth?

Hello Doctors, I have squint right eye by birth, checked with an eye specialist, found out that I have partial amblyopia. The doctor said since am 26 years now, it is not possible to cure. It was possible at the young age of 3-5 years. Kindly suggest.

Hello
It seems from the history that you are having ambylopia and aquint since childhood. Ambylopia is also called as lazy eye and it develops because of poor vision leafing to failure in visual development which occurs normally between 6 months to 6 years.
The ambylopia can be treated best below 6 years of age.
Since you have crossed this age it is not possible to treat it now.
