Is It Ok Not To Have Passed Out A Swallowed Domino After 2 Weeks?

I was playing a game with my two year old and accidentally swallowed a childs domino (approx 13/4" x 3/4") This was two weeks ago and it still hasen't passed. I am still passing stool on a fairly regular basis but I'm wondering at what point should I be worried and go in? 33yrs, 5'8", male, 175lbs and very healthy

Please don't neglect about foreign body in your body first confirm it is there in your stomach or not.
Consult your surgeon he may advice simple xray abdomen or usg scan then he will guide you accordingly.
