Is It Ok Take Practin And Dexona To Increase Appetite And Weight ?

hi, I am 22 Yrs old weight 43 kg taking PRACTIN & DEXONA from last one month. Personaly I feel that it helps to increase my apetite.and also helpful to increase weight.

I just want to know that it is ok to continue or not. Request you to please suggest. Thanks

It is not at all ok to gain weight like this. Dexona is a steroid drug and has many side effects. Initially, you may feel like having increased appetite and also gain some weight but later on your body will become dependent to it. The gained weight is not actually fat and muscle mass but it is due to fluid retention due to effect of corticosteroids.
Pracine contains cyproheptadine which is mainly used for allergies. It can improve appetite but results may not be long lasting.
I recommend you should increase weight in a healthy way without using these drugs.
