Is It Ok To Take Valium 5 Mg And Cyclobenzaprine 10 Mg Together?

Can i take valium 5mg and cyclobenzabrene 10mg together? I took the valium thinking it was the muscle relaxant, but it is not. I am in pain because of a pulled muscle in my back so i need to take the cyclobenzaprene. I have a prescription for both.
