Is It Okay To Give Azithral 100 Mg For 5 Days To A 8 Month Baby Suffering From Cough And Fever?

hi, my 8 month old weighing 8.48kg has been coughing and has some mucus..he has some fever on and off, around 100.5 and he pulls his ear sometimes..Also, he puts his fingers in his mouth and pukes.. Is it okay to give him Azithral 100 mg for 5 days once a day

Azithral 100 mg /day for 3 days is sufficient.
As the baby is 8 months old better to consult pediatrician before giving antibiotics.
In addition he may need some cough syrup .
