Is It Okay To Take Ecosprine 75 After Miscarriage?

My daughter had a miscarriage during November 2011 (2 months and 10 days) since the baby had no heart beat. Now she has not got her period and consulted doctor. She has alongwith other medicines, prescribed Ecosprine 75. Is it safe to take this medicine ?

Low dose aspirin such as Ecospirin-75 is commonly prescribed to prevent miscarriage, pre-eclampsia and preterm delivery. It is considered to be safe during pregnancy hence let her continue to take as prescribed.
