Is It Possible For A Pregnancy To Be Mistaken As Uterine Fibroid?

is it possible for a pregnancy to be mistaken for uterine fibroid. I did pelvic scan twice showing ovarian cyst, initially measuring 35mm, repeated after 3wks, 42mm and repeated again after 3 wks, no cyst found but now uterine fibroid measuring 5.2mm by 3.2mm.

i am 29, 1.67inch, 55kg

Dear madam,I understand your concern.In my opinion fibroid cant be mistaken for pregnancy.Because fibroid originates from uterine wall.And pregnancy is seen in the cavity of uterus.It is seen as a sac called gestational sac and yolk sac and fetal pole inside the sac.
The ovarian cyst might be simple follicular cyst which are asymptomatic and disappear over few weeks.
