Is It Possible That Ofloxacin, Ornidazole And Tinidazole Taken For Diarrhea With Mucus Have Led To Blackening Of Lips?

i have diaarhoea with lot of mucous.i took ofloxacin+ornidazole. but ornidazole.tinidazole and also metronidazole caused me very high reaction .my upper right lips gpt black and pain in right eye.if it is an amoebic infection then what is the substitute of nittomidazole derivatives.??!???????

Welcome to healthcare magic.
From your description, the black patch on the upper right lip could be a drug reaction called as "Fixed drug eruption". It is a drug reaction which occurs at the same place every time you take a drug belonging to that group. It could occur wither due to metronidazole group or ofloxacin group.
There is no substitute for that group as such.
You need to avoid that Quinolones (ofloxacin) as well as Nitroimidazole group in the future as the reaction could recur and could be worse every time you repeat the drug.
