Is It Possible To Get False Positive For Home Pregnancy Tests?

hello Doc,

i have few questions,

i was supposed to have my period on the 2nd of May but it hasn't showedup so i made 2 home pregnancy tests and they were positive is there any possibility that they can be misleading as when i had the sexual intercourse my husband didn't do the sperms inside my uterus?

and if yes i am pregnant then i had my last period on the 4th of April and it should have came on the 2nd of May when exactly i got pregnant?

welcome to Health care magic.
1.The urine pregnancy test gives 97% accuracy. But twice test was positive with missed period is more than enough to say its positive.
2.Ejaculation is not necessary to get pregnant, even smear (wetness) may cause pregnancy.
3.You can get a blood test for BHcg done for confirmatory.
4.An ultrasound pelvis will give definitive with imaging.
