Is It Possible To Get Flat Stomach By Doing Abdominal Exercises?

Hello doctor,
I would like to ask you a question regarding my stomach.I am 25 years old woman and married. My stomach looks like divided into two parts like upper and lower stomach. Is it really possible to get normal flat stomach by doing abdominal exercises. Also I am trying to conceive. So is this the right time to do abdomen exercises.Please suggest.

will produce biochemical and metabolic conditions in your body that will decrease your immunity, so avoiding is definitely the first step in the right direction to detoxing the body, boosting the immune system .
