Is It Possible To Have Pimple Growth Under The Nipples?

HI.. im a 13 year old boy now my left nipple is just flat and when i look into my right nipple its slightly erect and when i touch it .. its painful but my left nipple is just nothing ... im worrying in my right nipple because when i touch it i feel like a pimple is growing inside it .. is it possible that a pimple inside a nipple will grow?

Hi growing young boy ! This is expected as a normal change at you age and nothing to worry about it. This can appear only on side and may develop on the other side too. There can not be pimple inside the nipple.
